All good!

It was wonderful seeing Phoebe, Mike and Lincoln!
Lincoln is maturing into a handsome young dog. We are thrilled with him. Phoebe and Mike are just great puppy owners.
Bob and I feel very fortunate to have such good people in our puppy's life and our own.
Lincoln adores his mom and dad as they do him!!

What a great time we had this weekend. I was having withdrawals from not seeing my buddy! I saw Lincoln almost every week for months as we could not find anyone near Phoebe and Mike who could post his ears, so every Sunday we would meet so I could post them and teach Phoebe how to post. The kicker is that Phoebe lives about 4.5 hours away from us. We would meet at the half way point for both of us. Cheryl and I could not have asked for a more committed person in Lincoln’s life. How many puppy owners would drive 2.5 hours each way every Sunday to ensure his ears were perfect.

The fun part for us was being able to see Lincoln every week and play with him as well as getting to know Phoebe better building a strong relationship with her. It has been about 2.5 months since I have seen my buddy!!!

When I look at these photos I see so much of both his mother and father in him. In his temperament he has gotten the best of both as well. It was also great to have him and Pagan at the show together, it brought back so many memories of them in the whelping box, the two big boys playing and pal'ing around together.

We are very proud of Lincoln!!!

I’m sitting here looking at these beautiful faces with bright shiny eyes ... and thinking about what I love most about these kids… and I guess it’s this: they are loved … treasured... and have been from the moment they drew their first breath.

It simply doesn’t get better than that.

Thank you to everyone for the kind words. We do love these guys...each and every one of them is so special to us.

Bob and I feel very fortunate to have these puppies in our lives.
The people who have now become family because of them are a wonderful gift.

We had the boys, Lincoln and Pagan at Leigh on Saturday. Just to hang out and watch the show.
If anyone has ever been to Leigh you know that it is one of the craziest shows there is! Plastic taped to the floor, freezing cold every damn year, crowded...noisy...you get the picture!
Lincoln has never been to a dog show before, so this was his first glimpse of the crazy stuff, lol!
He handled everything with the secure and confident attitude he has always had.
Phoebe and Mike have done a wonderful job on their end with this puppy.

Pagan is Pagan and the world is his as far as he is concerned. He has never met a stranger and he will conquer anything that may arise.
The boys rocked!

Reni and Rowan went to cheer on their friend Lauren yesterday while she showed the GSDs and in JRs.
Like the boys....life is good and they believe the world is there for them.

Vaako and Emma have done a wonderful job and we are so grateful to those wonderful dogs for the little black gifts they have given us!
