Cute! Let’s hope that companies have much better things to do with their resources. About being a defendant in a lawsuit, it ain't like it used to be. Everyone sues everyone these days. Most of us have access to free good quality legal counsel. Courts are clogged with cases. In 2010 people do not quiver in fear when they get sued or are threatened with a law suit. Most of us simply get really pissed and fire back hard. Doesn’t matter what the suit is about, there is always a defense, that will cost the other party hundreds of thousands of dollars to respond to.
