We've heard that he is finished... heard it through the grapevine, which may or may not be true... but he's taken at least two Group I's from the puppy classes... so he has his majors. What ever the case, this is a very nice young dog.

How exciting - wish I was able to make it over to the Dobe ring on Sunday! Oh well, I'm sure I'll be seeing lots of him in the not so distant future.

I think we’ve all seen how the pendulum swings in Dobermans, from too moderate to over angulated. Personally, I think the extremes are good for the breed… to a point. In my opinion, the ideal Doberman is a mix of extremes, and this young male Jackson represents the ideal combination, the best of the various influences at the extremes of our breed. To my eye he is similar to both DeNiro and Diarado (and closely related to both). I am very pleased to see him do so well in the ring… I think he reflects a very positive direction for our breed. In a similar vein, I think Philmars' Bring it On will make a positive mark in the years to come, as will the offpring of Ch Steniway's Paris is Burning. :)

He has a lovely phenotype. I think he reflects a good direction for the breed… and I think it’s exciting to see good dogs at the beginning of their careers. I hear that there is another littermate that is lovely (that some liked even better than Jackson). I have seen the littermate bitch that Carissa shows… very elegant… very showy (reminds me of the bronze sculptor that Bill Shelton did back in the mid 1990’s).. I would love to see a bit more substance and bone... i.e., a bit more of her all round, but the act with Carissa is eye-catching. :)

He has a lovely phenotype. I think he reflects a good direction for the breed… and I think it’s exciting to see good dogs at the beginning of their careers. I hear that there is a black littermate that is lovely (that some liked even better than JAckson). Have you seen him? I have seen the littermate bitch that Carissa shows… very elegant… very showy (reminds me of the bronze sculptor that Bill Shelton did back in the mid 1990’s).. I would love to see a bit more substance and bone... i.e., a bit more of her all round, but the act with Carissa is eye-catching. :)

I have only seen the red bitch littermate that Kelly shows. she seems very nice also

I see on InfoDog that Jackson won a FOUR pt Major and the Breed - over EIGHT Specials - including a few of the top specials out there - from the classes, at the Naugatuck Valley Kennel Club - Thursday 07/08/2010, under Mrs. Cathy H. Daugherty. This is at least his third major, his third Breed win, all under 14 months of age. Yesterday he did not go further than the Breed win, but in the past he has won at least two Groups, from the classes.

He is a very nice dog. Check out his pedigree. He is by a grandson of Ch Cambria's Cactus Cash and Am/Int/Mex Ch Arg/Brz GRCh Nello's Lex Luthor WAC. He is out of a bitch that is a combination of Ch Brunswig's Cryptonite , Ch Cambria's Cactus Cash x2, and BIS/BISS Ch Soquel's Distant Thunder.
