Just back from the Durango, Co Kennel Club show. Ch HolderPark's Red Hot Cayenne took BOB all three days. Big Thank You's to Judge-Dr Lee Anthony Reasin, Judge-Mrs Lee Canalizo and Judge-Col Joe B Purkhiser. Groups were very tough, a lot of really good dogs brought in from all over the states. Caye was pulled but not chosen. We were pleased with the very fair judging all three days.

Thanks for the good words. I forgot to say that two weeks ago at the Los Angeles dog show he also took BOB both days. He seems to be on a role.

I don't have any professional breed pics but do have good ring side pictures that I will post later. Jorge only does Group pictures anymore....I have no idea why, unless he expects more out of him. I would have loved some but we don't argue with him.

Today is Therapy dog day at the Vet Home and will be back on after that.

Thanks again.

Thanks guys, not sure how they got there since I've tried so long to get them there. Think the good fairy Elaine helped put them there. If not, I'm improving...

I have some nice pictures of some up and coming pups if anyone is interested.

No Elaine2, that is not me...I should be so young again....That is Susie Olivera, Jorge's wife. She does a nice job with Caye also.

Hi Judie,

Catching up on the posts, I have found that you took 3 consecutive BOBs. That's huge. Yes, it is. Huge congratulations, albeit belated.

You had some pics that you were prepared to show anyone interested, so if you still have them would love to have a look see. This makes interesting viewing and gives one a greater perspective on the development of the breed. We used to have a crtique page on a Dobermann list (we wont name names) which allowed one to see the different stages of growth. Was quite interesting. Puppy to Adult.

Hey Minaz,
The pictures got put in the "Dobermans" forum under the "up and coming young Dobermans" thread. Took me awhile to find them also! ;)

love those informal ring shots...

Thank you Minaz for the nice thoughts. The ring side shots were not the best or the best shots of the up and coming doberkids. All three are nice pups and different in their own ways. They did not allow flashes to be used so that slowed the film a bit. So some of the better shots were not as clear because of it. My poor husband was frustrated over it.

I think it is nice to see the dogs in the ring from all over. It lets folks know what is going on in other areas. A lot of nice dogs go unnoticed.

Honestly, at this point even I've forgotten  ... but *if* I did it, I'm happy to have helped :D

Personally, I love candid photos, and I especially love photos of the dog standing on it's own... so, post more... and if any of you have a problem, email the photos to me and I'll help you post them. :)
