I’ve been working my litter fingers to the bone... gardening...:):) it’s that time of year... annuals... roses ... I’m building a 4' X 4' planter box (with a bench) and two smaller ones (without benches). It's 11:00 p.m., I just stopped for the evening, not ‘cause I was ready to quit, but rather because I’ve burned up the motor in the cordless drill. :mad:

Anyway, in this flurry of actively I kept thinking, “Kelly hasn’t called... I guess we didn’t win today. Bummer! :( Then I came inside and had a chance to speak with Arthur. He pointed out that it’s true, we didn’t win today... but then, apparently we didn’t show today.:D

What a relief. :p

on Saturday we went RWB... and Tom and Elaine Gravelle's boy Quincy went RWD. As we say, we're in the hunt.

Logres’ Feinbrand – Vaako – won a major for a total of 10 points and a major
Can Ch. Logres’ Weihaiwej – Wei – was WB / BW – total of 4 pts
Can Ch. Logres’ Voltaire – Quincy - WD – total of 2 pts.

Ch. Logres’ Warkant who finished at 14 months from the Open Class with 4 majors – 3 of these majors were won the first 5 days of the Florida Circuit in Brookville (Warkant also went RWD to a major during those first 5 shows in Brookville).

Logres’ Contender - 12 pts including a major – won three of 5 days shown on the Tarheel Circuit

Logres’ Wahajama – 13 pts, both majors – needs two single pts. to finish
Logres’ Contucci – 6 pts – owner handled.

The fun starts when you have to explain to people how to pronouce some of these names... like Weihaiwej (Vee-ah-vay, which is think is lovely) or Wahajama (Ba-ha-ja-ma, whom we call Wah... pronounced Bah)... Mike Daly calls Wah "Obama." :p

One thing for sure... when you speak of Warkant... people never ask, "Which Warkant?":D

Actually, DeNiro is named after a German Dressage stallion... it was only later that we connected to the actor. I suspect the German breeder named the stallion after the actor... :)
